Content Moderation Policy

Unplugg aims to provide a reliable, respectful and useful space to discover retreats, activities, expeditions and wellness experiences.

These rules explain what content is allowed, what is prohibited, how we moderate, and how to report problematic content.

Why these rules exist

Our priority is to create a safe, clear and respectful experience for travelers, organizers, partners and ambassadors.

Prohibited content

The following content may be refused, edited, hidden or removed by Unplugg.

Unplugg does not allow content that promotes hate, discrimination, harassment, intimidation or violence against a person or a group.

This includes, in particular, attacks related to origin, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, health status, physical appearance or any other protected characteristic.

Animal welfare and the environment

Content must not promote animal cruelty, abusive keeping of wild animals, activities that endanger wildlife, or practices clearly contrary to respect for ecosystems.

Nature experiences should be presented responsibly, without encouraging damage to sites, disregard for local rules or environmentally harmful behaviour.

How we moderate content

Unplugg may review content before or after publication, depending on the type of content, the level of risk, reports received or internal checks.

Moderation may be carried out manually, automatically, or through a combination of both.
