What Unplugg is
Unplugg is a discovery and booking platform dedicated to wellness retreats, activities, expeditions and reconnection experiences.
We connect travellers with professional organisers, partner venues, guides, practitioners and experience providers.
Unplugg does not own the retreats, venues or activities displayed. Experiences are organised by independent providers, selected or approved according to our internal criteria.

Only partners with a validated account or a contractual relationship with Unplugg may publish bookable offers on the platform.
Responsibilities
Retreats, activities and experiences are provided by the organisers or providers indicated on each listing.
Unplugg provides the platform, booking tools, certain presentation information, online payment when available, and user support.
Unless otherwise stated, the contract relating to the booked experience is concluded between the traveller and the relevant provider.
How we make money
Unplugg may generate revenue in several ways:
- a commission on certain bookings made through the platform;
- professional subscriptions for organisers;
- premium visibility options or advanced tools;
- clearly identified partnerships or affiliate programmes, where they exist.
Where certain placements are sponsored or promoted through a paid option, we intend to indicate this clearly.
How offers are ranked
Offers may be displayed according to several criteria, including:
- relevance to the search
- destination
- dates and availability
- price
- quality of listing content
- customer reviews, when available
- popularity of the offer
- organiser responsiveness
- cancellation terms
- available options
- paid partnerships or promotions, where they exist
You can use the available filters to refine results according to your preferences.
Prices and transparency
Displayed prices are provided by organisers or providers. They may vary depending on dates, number of participants, selected options, availability, currency, taxes or applicable fees.
Before you confirm, Unplugg displays the known elements of the price: base price, options, any fees, and an estimated or final total depending on the type of offer.
Flights, transfers or additional services may be offered separately when available. They are not automatically included unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
Payments
When online payment is available, it is processed through a secure payment solution. Unplugg does not directly store full card details.
Depending on the offer, payment may be immediate, partial, subject to confirmation, or processed according to the terms indicated at the time of booking.
Refund, cancellation or modification terms may vary depending on the organiser and the booked offer.
Reviews and comments
Reviews are intended to help travellers choose a reliable experience that suits them.
When reviews are available, they may come from travellers who booked or took part in an experience. Unplugg may moderate reviews in order to remove fraudulent, offensive, irrelevant content or content that breaches our rules.
Over time, Unplugg will prioritise reviews linked to confirmed bookings in order to strengthen their reliability.
